1.PRESTEAMED COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (Presteamed and Not Ready To Eat)
For safety, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165° F or above as measured by use of a thermometer. To Pan Fry: No need to defrost. Place approx. 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into frying pan with a cup of water. When the water heats up, place 20 pieces of potstickers into the frying pan and cover. Cook at medium heat for 3 – 4 minutes, then remove cover and continue to cook until the water is evaporated and the bottom of potstickers are golden brown.
