Puncture film to allow steam to vent. Place one tray directly in microwave and heat on high for 1:50 to 2:00 minutes (1100 Watts) or until the dumplings are cooked thoroughly. Let sit for 1 minute before removing. Remove film and enjoy using chopsticks or picking up with spoon. (CAUTION: Tray and dumplings will be hot. Household microwave ovens vary, please adjust the heating time accordingly). - Steam
Fill a pot equipped with lined steamer basket with water. Bring water to a boil. Put steamer basket in pot and place dumplings into steamer, leaving enough space between each piece to prevent sticking. Cover with lid, and steam for 8 to 10 minutes or until the dumplings are fully cooked. Carefully remove steamed dumplings.
